2 ½ cups of your favorite nut or oat milk
¼ - ½ cup rolled oats
2 cups frozen mango
1 ripe banana
1" piece of fresh ginger (skin removed)
2 Tbsp Turmeric powder (2" piece of fresh turmeric)
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
1/8 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp Chia seeds
1 Tbsp flax meal
Instructions
Place all ingredients in your blender, we use a Vitamix, so start on the lowest setting and increase the speed as the ingredients combine. Blend until smooth. Adjust thickness by adding more liquid. Adjust heat by adding more ginger. Adjust to a colder temperature by adding ice.
